About
A mortgage advisor who thinks like an investor.
I’m Alexandro De La Rosa. I’ve spent 15+ years in real estate as a broker and investor, and I now work as a licensed mortgage professional.
I don’t believe one mortgage product fits everyone. My job is to understand your situation first — then help identify the mortgage options that may fit.

Background
Real estate experience, applied to financing.
More than 15 years in real estate have taught me something important: financing can make or break a deal.
I’ve worked as a real estate broker and investor, so I’ve seen transactions from both sides of the table. I understand how financing can affect offers, cash flow, timelines and negotiations — and how the wrong financing structure can create problems long after closing.
That experience shapes how I work today. Homebuyers, homeowners, self-employed borrowers, business owners and investors rarely fit neatly into one lender’s checklist. With access to multiple lenders and loan programs, I can compare potential options and look for a structure that may fit the situation — and tell you honestly when something doesn’t make sense.
How I work
Strategic mortgage planning, in practice
Situation first
Before talking about products, understand the goal, timeline, and what’s actually going on.
More than one option
With access to a network of lenders, compare structures instead of forcing one product to fit.
Straight answers
Explain the trade-offs clearly — including when the best move may be to wait or not refinance.
Think a step ahead
Plan financing around what comes next — the next purchase, renovation, refinance, cash-out strategy or exit from short-term debt.
